Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kanso Social (“Kanso”, the “service”). By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Kanso is in private beta, so features and terms may change.

The beta service

Kanso is provided on an early-access basis. The service is under active development, may change or be unavailable at times, and is offered “as is” without warranties. We invite waitlist members in small cohorts, in order.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.

Your content

You retain ownership of the brand knowledge, drafts, and content you bring into Kanso. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (such as storing and processing your content to provide features). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kanso to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Publish content you do not have the rights to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or compromise the service.

Availability and changes

Because Kanso is in beta, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanso is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
