Audience persona

An audience persona is a short portrait of the person a brand writes for: what they need, what stops them and where they spend their time. It turns “everyone” into someone.

A persona helps you choose. A post written for “young people” can go anywhere. A post written for “a student who wants a cheap haircut before an interview” knows its words, its offer and its time.

Good personas come from real customers: their questions, reviews and messages. Most small brands need one or two, not a whole cast.

Example

A florist's persona: someone who remembered an anniversary at the last minute and needs flowers delivered today.

Words are easy.
Posts take a plan.
